Refund Policy

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are not completely satisfied with our services, you can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering the specifics of the service provided.

2. Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are available for specific services under certain conditions:

Web design and development services (excluding third-party costs and domain registrations).

Monthly maintenance packages.

Custom development projects and hourly service packages are non-refundable. The refund can’t be considered on the basis of rankings/traffic and the company will not be responsible for any claims thereof. If there is a change in your website by anyone except us, we are not liable for any issue and hence no refund/cancellation.

3. Refund Process:

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@cswebsolution.com with your order details and the reason for your request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited to your original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation:

You can cancel any ongoing service by providing written notice to our support team at support@cswebsolution.com.

For monthly maintenance packages, cancellation requests must be made at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month. Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the request is raised within 24 hours of buying our service and the work has not been initiated.

2. Project Cancellation:

For custom development projects, cancellations must be submitted in writing. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

If the project is canceled before work commences, a full refund will be issued, excluding any non-refundable deposits or fees.

3. Domain Registration and Third-Party Services:

Fees for domain registration and third-party services are non-refundable once the order is placed, as they are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers. Contact Us
